  1. No. 01 Who we are

  2. No. 02 What we collect

    Contact form: your name, an email or phone number, the topic and your message. Security logs: your IP address and browser type, kept briefly to protect the site. We store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with form messages to stop spam.

  3. No. 03 Style Briefs (Help me choose)

    If you use Help me choose, we collect the photos you upload (inspiration and, optionally, your current hair), the options you pick, your notes, any hair history you share, your first name and an email or phone number. We use them only to prepare for your visit. Location data is removed from photos before upload. Photos are stored privately; only the artist you choose and the owner can see them. The AI style assistant sends your photos and notes to Lovable's AI provider to write a suggested summary; it does not identify you, and its suggestions are not a quote or advice. Style Briefs and their photos are deleted automatically 90 days after upload. To delete yours sooner, call (323) 420-9260 or write to us with your Style Brief code.

  4. No. 04 Why we use it

    To reply to you, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising.

  5. No. 05 Who we share it with

    Our website host and database provider, which store the data for us; the artist you're asking about; and, if you follow a booking link, GlossGenius or Booksy, which then handle your information under their own policies. Instagram and Google Maps receive data only if you load their content.

  6. No. 06 How long we keep it

    Contact messages: up to 24 months, then deleted automatically. Security logs: about 30 days.

  7. No. 07 Your choices and rights

    You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by contacting us. You can change cookie choices at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.   8. No. 08 Children

    This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Parents or guardians book for minors.
